Join the Fashion Jobs Team as a Digital Trading Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Executive to join our team at Fashion Jobs. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day trading operations, analysing sales patterns, and driving commercial growth across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute day-to-day trading of our digital websites, under the guidance of our Trading Manager.
  2. Manage reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and feeding into action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met.
  3. Utilise available resources to analyse seasonal sales patterns, maintain commercial awareness, and report on key competitors and customer behaviour.
  4. Oversee and report on the weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner updates.
  5. Ensure communication of product and trading strategies to all digital marketing and optimisation teams.
  6. Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement, and conversion.
  7. Manage the process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales.
People Management
  1. Set clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Trading Assistants as relevant.
  2. Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall ecommerce strategy.
  3. Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring ecommerce KPIs are understood and achievable for all.
