To drive commercial growth across household name brands, we're seeking a skilled Digital Trading Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital hub, you'll be responsible for executing day-to-day trading of our website(s), managing reporting, and providing detailed analysis of key business drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute day-to-day trading of website(s) under the guidance of Trading Manager
  • Manage reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers
  • Utilise available resources to maintain commercial awareness, reporting on key competitors and customer behaviour
  • Oversee and report on weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner updates
  • End-to-end management of critical paths for campaign and promotional activity, including awareness of upcoming activities
  • Ensure communication of product & trading strategies to digital marketing and optimisation teams
  • Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement, and conversion
People Management:
  • Set clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Trading Assistant(s) as relevant
  • Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall ecommerce strategy
  • Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring ecommerce KPI's are understood and achievable for all

Requirements:

  • Valid working rights for the UK countries
  • Analytical with strong reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user
  • Experience working within e-commerce platforms
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand
