Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Float Team Coordinator to join our team in London. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our clients in the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Communication: Coordinate communication between teams, including email, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Expense Management: Process expenses, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodation, and car rentals for team members.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Salary: £20.00 per hour.
