About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Float Team Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management teams, including MD & Partner level.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing calendars for large teams including MD & Partner level;
  • Coordinating meetings and calls;
  • Relaying information in a timely manner via phone and email;
  • Booking rooms for internal and external meetings;
  • Arranging travel for the team;
  • Implementing divisional policies;
  • Managing expenses;
  • Taking on ad-hoc tasks;
  • Providing holiday coverage;
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for career growth and professional development.
