Operations Coordinator

Operational Tax team seeks a skilled Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support, maintain accurate client records, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and controls.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in CGT/financial services and hold relevant qualifications such as an Investment Operations Certificate. Experience with Pershing Nexus, CGiX, and IMiX is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input, verification, and upload of tax-related data into relevant systems
- Analysis and validation of CGT data in CGT Engine
- Keeptabreast of changes to CGT rules and regulations
- Provision of tax-related reports as requested by the 7IM business
- Investigation and resolution of CGT and general tax-related queries from the 7IM business
- Assist in Tax/Calendar year planning process to ensure delivery of accurate client tax reporting
- Assist with management and oversight of third-party service providers
- Build relationships within all areas of the 7IM business to establish accurate and timely delivery of operational tax service
- Review procedures and controls regularly and enhance and update as applicable
- Complete UAT processes accurately within allocated timeframe
- Maintain and complete Management Information
- Undertake operational administration duties and tasks as reasonably required by Team Leader/Head of Operations
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in CGT/financial services
- Relevant qualifications such as an Investment Operations Certificate
Salary and Benefits:
