About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Limited. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children with autism and learning disabilities in a large, detached house in Orford, Warrington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Maintain a warm and caring environment, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being among the children.
- Support children with their daily routines, including education and activities in the local community, as outlined in their care plans.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary, as full training and induction are provided.
- A driver's license is an advantage but not essential.
- Be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £29,719 per annum, including one sleep-in shift per week.
- The opportunity to work on a rota pattern, allowing for a good work-life balance.
