Senior Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a senior member of the credit control team, you will be responsible for managing high-end accounts, collections, and cash postings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a large and complex accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely collections and cash postings.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve queries and disputes.
- Work closely with the credit control team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Credit Control Manager on cash collection and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records.
- Ensure compliance with company credit check processes and procedures.
- Experience with billing and self-billing accounts, as well as excellent reconciliation skills.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Credit Controller, with experience of supervising a team of 4-5.
- High standard of numeracy, accuracy, and IT systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to recognize potential risks and concerns and escalate these to the Credit Manager.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and work well under pressure.
