Apprentice Credit Controller

At Portfolio Credit Control, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Credit Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of credit control, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of insurance company accounts, and maintaining computer records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage credit control processes, exercising diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Reconcile and pay insurance company accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data input and maintenance of computer records.
- Comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- 2-5 years of finance transactional experience.
- Insurance client money accounting knowledge is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads.
- A willingness to stay up-to-date with regulatory developments.
- GCSE Maths and English.
