Apprentice Credit Controller

At Portfolio Credit Control, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Credit Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of credit control, ensuring a high level of client service to our Insurance Broker business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of credit control, exercising diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Reconcile and pay Insurance Company accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform general administration duties, including maintenance of computer records and data input.
- Comply with Company Procedures Manuals and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of finance transactional experience and a strong understanding of Insurance Client Money accounting. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize workloads and keep up to date with regulatory developments. A GCSE in Maths and English is also required.
