We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing a large and complex ledger, working with a team of credit controllers, and liaising with external clients to ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a section of the accounts receivable ledger, taking ownership of collections and ensuring timely payments.
- Liaise with external clients to resolve queries and ensure payments are made on time.
- Work closely with the credit control team to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records.
- Provide regular reports to the Credit Control Manager on cash collection and other KPIs.
- Ensure the company Credit Check Process is adhered to across the business.
- Experience with billing and self-billing accounts, as well as Master Data Set Up and Account Cleansing.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Credit Controller, with experience of supervising a team of 4-5.
- High standard of numeracy, accuracy, and IT systems, with excellent reconciliation skills and cash posting experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel, and strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to recognize potential risks and concerns and escalate these to the Credit Manager.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and work well under pressure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Credit Controller.
- Experience of supervising a team of 4-5.
- High standard of numeracy, accuracy, and IT systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
