We are a leading provider of digital forensics and cybersecurity services, working with high-profile clients across multiple industries. As a Senior Forensics Consultant at Iceberg Cyber Security, you will be responsible for managing complex digital forensic investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of digital devices and data to support investigations and legal matters.
- Lead the collection, preservation, and processing of evidence in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, clients, and law enforcement, to ensure effective communication and seamless case management.
- Prepare detailed forensic reports, providing expert testimony in court when required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest forensic tools, methodologies, and developments in digital forensics and cybersecurity.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience. The salary range is competitive, reflecting the expertise and qualifications required for this role.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital forensics, with a focus on incident response, litigation, or law enforcement.
- Expertise in forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, X-Ways, or similar, with strong knowledge of forensic acquisition, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to handle complex investigations, including eDiscovery and advanced data analysis.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), mobile forensics, and cloud environments.
- Powershell experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications such as CFCE, EnCE, CFE, GCFE, or similar.
