Digital Forensic Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Forensic Expert to join our team at CV-Library. As a Senior Digital Forensics Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital forensic services to clients across the UK.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £550 per day, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
About the Role:
This is a 6-month contract, working hybrid (approx. 1-2 days a week in the office). You will work closely with our team to create and provide reports and updates to the Head of Unit, presenting findings, developments, and recommendations. Your expertise will be instrumental in mentoring and developing staff, enhancing the unit's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and provide detailed reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop staff to enhance the unit's capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 17025 and FSR Code of Conduct through regular Quality Assurance checks.
- Develop and implement methods, validation plans, training materials, and competency assessments for digital forensic tasks.
- Support and guide Digital Forensic Specialists in complex technological and eDiscovery matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience as a Digital Forensic Investigator/Examiner. You should have extensive knowledge of digital media, operating systems, storage devices, and cloud forensics. Certification in forensic tools such as EnCase or Nuix is highly desirable.
Location:
This role is based in London or Coventry, with occasional travel required. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home most of the time.
