Iceberg Cyber Security is seeking a highly skilled Senior Forensic Consultant to lead complex digital forensic investigations for high-profile clients across multiple industries.

About the Role

As a Senior Forensic Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and conducting forensic analysis of digital devices and data, ensuring seamless case management and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct forensic analysis of digital devices and data to support investigations and legal matters.
  • Lead the collection, preservation, and processing of evidence in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, clients, and law enforcement, to ensure effective communication and seamless case management.
  • Prepare detailed forensic reports, providing expert testimony in court where required.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest forensic tools, methodologies, and developments in digital forensics and cybersecurity.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital forensics, with a focus on incident response, litigation, or law enforcement.
  • Expertise in forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, X-Ways, or similar, with strong knowledge of forensic acquisition, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to handle complex investigations, including eDiscovery and advanced data analysis.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), mobile forensics, and cloud environments.
  • Powershell experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFCE, EnCE, CFE, GCFE, or similar.
