To excel in this role:

  • Foster seamless transitions from pre-sales to post-sales support, collaborating closely with support teams for customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.
  • Provide technical training and support to the sales team on product updates, new features, and industry trends, enhancing their understanding and ability to communicate the value effectively.

There are a couple of essential requirements:

  1. College/University Degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  2. 3-5 years' experience using various computer, mobile, and cloud software solutions.
  3. 3-5 years' experience working with or managing deployments of forensic tools within a network environment.
  4. Desirable skills include cloud and virtual machine experience, as well as private sector incident response, EDRM, or corporate internal investigation expertise.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other language skills will be considered advantageous.
  6. Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits. The estimated annual salary for this role is €175,000 - €227,500 (Currency: EUR), depending on qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills.
