Master Technician Position

Yeomans Citroen is recruiting an expert Vehicle Technologist to enhance their service department. This key role involves utilizing advanced technology to deliver top-quality service to clients, while staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Employ your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues, using cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific tools.
- Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain at the forefront of automotive technology.
- Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and accurately to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Leadership and Guidance: Assume a leadership role within the service department, mentoring junior technicians and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality, ensuring all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety and environmental regulations, creating a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Certification: Hold a valid certification as a Vehicle Master Technician from a recognized industry body or manufacturer.
- Experience: Demonstrate extensive experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, showcasing problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technology, including engine management, hybrid and electric systems, and advanced safety features.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional communication and customer service skills, vital for building strong customer relationships.
- Leadership Abilities: Showcase leadership abilities and a willingness to guide and support junior technicians.
- Driving License: Hold a valid UK driver's license.
We are offering a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, along with an uncapped bonus package based on the required skills and abilities for this role.
