Nuclear Mechanical Engineer Opportunity

CV-Library is seeking a skilled Nuclear Mechanical Engineer to join our client's team on various long-term projects. As a Nuclear Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for creating cutting-edge designs, leading project delivery, and providing solutions to clients across the nuclear life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative design solutions for nuclear projects.
  2. Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
  4. Ensure adherence to engineering standards and project safety protocols.
  5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in nuclear mechanical engineering with a degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  2. Strong knowledge of CAD tools and General Engineering Drawing Practice.
  3. Chartered status (preferred but not essential).
  4. At least 3 years' experience working on nuclear projects.
  5. UK Driving License and British Passport required.
