Overview of the Position

The Assessment and Review Team (AaRT) is dedicated to assisting individuals who experience Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Conditions, or Physical Disabilities. This position entails collaborating with clients, their families, service providers, and various organizations to empower them towards achieving autonomy and realizing their goals. This role presents a significant opportunity to impact the lives of individuals within Central Bedfordshire positively.

You will be accountable for executing statutory responsibilities aligned with supporting individuals in Adult Social Care. These responsibilities will be carried out with a focus on placing clients at the heart of their care and support, while also exhibiting behaviors that ensure the provision of compassionate, attentive, responsive, and proportionate care and support that meets high standards and demonstrates best value.
