We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Insurance Advisor. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to mitigate their risk.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding client service, ensuring client needs are met in line with agreed service standards
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, insurer partners, and colleagues
- Utilize insurance broking systems to manage client portfolios and identify opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technical knowledge, and product offerings
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of our client base

Requirements- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to build relationships
- Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland
- Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4 (including English and Maths)
