About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Insurance Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client portfolios, and developing meaningful relationships with our insurer partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client service, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable products and solutions to mitigate their risk
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our insurer partners to better serve our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with new technical and product developments through training, coaching, and mentoring
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively
  • Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4 (including English and Maths)
