About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Insurance Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client portfolios, and developing meaningful relationships with our insurer partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client service, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable products and solutions to mitigate their risk.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our insurer partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technical advancements, and product innovations to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and support each other in completing critical tasks.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4 (including English and Maths).
