About the Role:

Marsh Commercial is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Insurance Broking Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and developing a deep understanding of our insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent client service, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable products and solutions to mitigate their risk.
  • Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technical and product developments through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4 (including English and Maths).
