Eclectic Recruitment Ltd is delighted to be working with a leading telecommunications company in Cambridge who are seeking an experienced Compliance and Testing Lead to join their team on a full-time permanent basis with the option of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing test plans to ensure products meet internal and industry regulatory standards.
  • Working with colleagues to develop product testing roadmaps.
  • Providing technical reports to senior stakeholders following analysis conformance and testing results.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry approval regulations and specifications for SAR, EMC, FR.
  • Maintaining accurate test history documentation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years experience within product compliance/approvals/testing.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of RoHS, WEEE, and REACH regulations.
  • Certification within FFC/CE.
  • Experience with EMCD and LVD directives.
  • Experience working with non-EU approval requirements.

This role requires a strong background in electrical/electronics engineering and product compliance.
