We are seeking an experienced Principal EICA Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment in Preston. This is a hybrid working opportunity with a requirement to attend sites on a regular basis.

The successful candidate will report directly to the RDL and be responsible for providing high-quality engineering design services to support the company’s turnkey and engineering services contracts.

To achieve this, the individual will coordinate the design process, producing design documents and drawings that meet health and safety requirements, specifications, and standards. They will also ensure effective coordination of designs with internal and external disciplines to deliver a cohesive outcome.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as the individual will be responsible for managing members of staff designing relevant discipline aspects of water and sewage treatment plants.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant discipline Engineering degree and a good general knowledge of all aspects of water treatment, including mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, and project management.

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for someone with a flexible mind who can assimilate large amounts of different data at one time. A driving license is also required.
