Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership to engineering teams
  • Manage people, including duty of care, training and development planning, staffing levels, and personnel management
  • Engineer discipline management, including application of strategic design philosophy, competency management, and technical quality
  • Contribute to operational management, including contributing to definition and implementing technical strategy, contributing to discipline productivity, tactical technical risk, client relationships, and service management

The salary for this role is approximately £75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
