Energy Transition Leader

As a key member of our Energy Transition team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients on their journey to Net Zero Carbon. With your expertise in technical leadership and project delivery, you will lead the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership: You will provide strategic guidance on asset decarbonisation, net zero audits, building modelling, renewable assessments, heat decarbonisation, and energy storage. Your team will stay at the forefront of technological advancements, ensuring the efficient delivery of services and the development of new market opportunities.
- Project Delivery: As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading projects of various sizes, utilising your team's skills and resources to deliver high-quality results while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
- Business Growth and Opportunity Development: You will contribute to the growth of the team by developing market opportunities and supporting the Energy Transition Service Line lead in creating a comprehensive growth strategy.
- Technical Experience: You must have demonstrated leadership experience in technical delivery, including asset decarbonisation, renewable energy, heat decarbonisation, building thermal energy modelling, EPC, MEES, renewable energy technologies, software, due diligence, heat networks, and energy Masterplanning and systems.
- Commercial Delivery Advice: You should have experience with financial modelling, commercial delivery model advice, business case, and options development.
- Project and Programme Management: You will need to have delivered numerous large-scale projects concurrently, taking into account resourcing, quality, and finance.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
