Supporting Students with Special Needs in North London

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Your key responsibilities will include providing one-to-one support for students with complex needs, adapting to individual requirements, and helping students engage in lessons and work towards their goals.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for working with children with special educational needs. You should have a strong academic background, ideally from a Russell Group university, and be willing to learn and adapt to the school's policies and procedures.
