About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centered support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each patient
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families, promoting a sense of calm and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines
  • Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion, upholding the highest standards of patient care

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience working in mental health settings, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
