Compassionate Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to service users/patients without direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct personal care to service users/patients in a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Cordinate the care given by colleagues and lead the delivery of comprehensive service user assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of person-centered care.
- Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence.
- Nursing registration obtained as a result of completing a qualification recognized by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience of research-based/reflective practice and ability to provide quality care that is responsive to service user's needs.
- Able to advocate for all individuals, promoting equality and diversity, and skilled in supervision of others and in providing constructive feedback.
