Job Summary

The Essex and Suffolk Elective Orthopaedic Centre at Colchester Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility that will provide high-volume, low-complexity cases for patients across the region. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Recovery Support Workers to join our orthopaedic team, working alongside nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support nursing staff in the care of patients under the direction of registered members of the clinical team
  • Provide assistance within the Recovery teams
  • Assist in supplying and maintaining materials and equipment
  • Undertake direct patient care
