About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Recovery Support Workers to join our orthopaedic team at Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting nursing staff in the care of patients under the direction of registered members of the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the care of patients in the recovery area, working under the direction of registered members of the clinical team.
- Provide support and assistance to the recovery team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Assist in the supply and maintenance of materials and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support patient care.
- Undertake direct patient care, providing a high level of support and assistance to patients during their recovery.
