About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to customers to help them maximize their potential and independence
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries and direct them to relevant services
  • Support customers in managing their mental health and well-being
  • Offer one-to-one support as needed, promoting safety and dignity
  • Conduct regular assessments of customer needs and develop support plans
  • Develop professional relationships with customers, using clear and respectful communication
  • Deliver small group activities to promote recovery and well-being
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and work to deadlines
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
