About the Role:

This position at The Recruitment Co. offers a unique chance to excel in life insurance sales in the Llansamlet area.

The expected remuneration package includes an annual salary of approximately £35,000, with additional performance-based incentives and bonuses.

Main Tasks:
  • Foster relationships with potential customers to understand their life insurance needs through in-depth telephone conversations.
  • Offer expert guidance on compliant life insurance products, using a consultative approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet regular performance targets as part of our sales team.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling products to boost business growth and profitability.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while minimizing administrative tasks, thanks to our dedicated support team.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Significant experience in selling life insurance in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • A proven track record of success in target-driven settings.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets.
  • CII qualified or equivalent insurance-related certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
