At ACS Performance, we are seeking a skilled Materials Tech Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in materials engineering and be able to apply their expertise to make critical decisions on material selection.

The salary for this role is estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. As a Materials Tech Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our technical initiatives, including material compliance, dual sourcing, and parts verification. You will also collaborate with our R&D and design teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support technical initiatives such as material compliance, dual sourcing, and parts verification.
  • Collaborate with R&D and design teams to integrate new products into manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Work with project teams to develop cost-effective manufacturing approaches.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of an HNC in relevant science or engineering field.
  • Previous experience in technical manufacturing engineering roles.
  • Proactive manner with ability to prioritize and support multiple projects simultaneously.
