HR Generalist with Employee Engagement Expertise

At Coburg Banks Technical, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as an HR Advisor.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable HR professional who can provide high-quality HR support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in providing employee relation advice, promoting colleague engagement, and advising managers on procedures and investigations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR and employee relation advice to line managers across the business.
- Promote a positive work culture and engage colleagues through various initiatives.
- Ensure that managers follow correct procedures when conducting investigations, hearings, and attendance management.
- Analyze HR KPIs and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Part CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR generalist roles.
- A strong understanding of employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and organizational skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, reflecting the complexity and responsibilities associated with this position.
