This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to take charge of operational management and drive forward the association's vision and strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management, including knowledge of HR, finance, oral and written communications, planning and evaluation, and governance.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and management abilities, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively represent the association and its members.

Salary: Estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Benefits: 28 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays; Company pension: matched contributions up to 8%; Sick pay: 6 weeks full pay
