About the Role

The Ergonomics and Safety Professional will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' operations meet the highest standards of ergonomics and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting ergonomic assessments and risk analyses.
  • Developing and implementing ergonomic solutions.
  • Providing training and guidance to clients.
  • Supporting safety case activities.
Requirements
  • A degree (BEng, BSc, or MSc) or equivalent in Human Factors / Ergonomics or a related subject.
  • Chartered Ergonomist & Human Factors Specialist (CEng FIHFE) or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of applied Human Factors/Ergonomics experience, and/or 2+ years of applied Human Factors/Ergonomics in the Nuclear sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
