Austin Fraser is currently looking for an experienced Retrofit Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for overseeing large-scale retrofit projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of construction processes, and experience in managing teams. A C&G Advanced/Craft certificate or NVQ L2/3 is essential, along with SMSTS and BCTG Supervisor Development Programme certifications.

This position comes with a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £7,000, or a company car and fuel card. A performance-based bonus scheme is also available.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale retrofit projects
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines
  • Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
