Looking for a new challenge in your career? The Ministry of Defence is seeking highly skilled Instructional Officers in Electrical Engineering to join their team. As an Instructional Officer, you will be responsible for delivering training and lessons, producing lesson plans and supporting course materials, and participating in internal and external evaluation audits.

You will work closely with the Defence College of Technical Training (DCTT) to develop training programs that meet the needs of RAF personnel. To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and inspire students, and possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.

We offer a salary of £29,580 per year, 25 days paid annual leave rising by 1 day per completed year of service to a maximum 30 days, eight public holidays per year, plus leave for HM The King's birthday, and a wide range of Defence Discounts, including advance of pay to purchase travel season tickets or cycle to work scheme, employee assistance programme to support your wellbeing, and access to learning and development tailored to your role and career aspirations.
