We are a leading engineering firm in the heart of the Cotswolds, seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of our client by continuously improving our engineering capabilities, operational efficiency, and service quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Front end engineering support, including NPI review and management, drawing review, ECR/ECN/DCR raise and review, deviation and concession management
  • Collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams to eliminate recurring waste and improve production processes
  • Communication with customers, both internal and external, to understand their requirements and specifications
