Autism Practitioner Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Autism Practitioner to join our team as a Team Leader at Quarriers Mearns View, a supported living service in East Renfrewshire.
As a Team Leader, you will work closely with the Autism Service Coordinator and wider support team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of person-centered care
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of individuals with autism
- Work collaboratively with the Autism Service Coordinator to ensure the service is meeting its aims and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience of working in a care setting with individuals with autism
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
