About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic GP to join our team at GTD Healthcare, providing high-quality care for our 4,700 patients.


The ideal candidate will be experienced or newly qualified, keen to work within a larger organisation and a smaller practice team. You will be working 3 sessions on Tuesday afternoons and all day Wednesday, with additional hours possible with another local practice.


Our diverse patient population presents an interesting and varied role, with many opportunities to make a difference.



Main Responsibilities

You will provide routine and urgent clinical care, working to local and national guidelines. Your daily workload will be split equally amongst clinicians, with support from our excellent care navigation team and a practice pharmacist.


As a leader, you will provide support to ACP trainees, pharmacists, and PCN paramedics. You will also contribute to improving standards of care, achieving QOF targets, and KLOE objectives as outlined by CQC.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A medical degree and General Practitioner Register inclusion
  • Accreditation as a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) or equivalent
  • Experience in general practice or locum roles
  • Supporting service change and teaching/training experience
  • Strong leadership skills and commitment to personal development
  • Imaginative approach to problem-solving and provision of services


Benefits
