About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Marketing Manager to join our growth team at Rise & Fall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing all things loyalty and retention, a key pillar in our growth strategy over the next 12 months.

With our rapid growth and increasing customer base, we are looking for someone who can ideate, manage and oversee email flows, customer experiences and loyalty campaigns from start to finish. You will delve into insights from customer behaviour, customer feedback, website, ad and email data to support your growth hypothesis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ideate and execute retention campaigns and experiments that keep customers engaged and coming back.
  • Analyse retention reports to continually improve and fine-tune strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Lead on gathering customer insights to deepen our understanding of customers and inform future retention strategies.
  • Develop innovative strategies to keep customers engaged and loyal to our brand.
  • Communicate customer insights to the wider team to assist with everything from new customer acquisition to product development and enhancement.

We are B Corp certified, have removed all hard chemicals from our supply chain and use mostly organic inputs (cottons, linens etc).

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience crafting retention strategies either agency side or in-house.
  • Thorough understanding of retention channels such as email, SMS, and other emerging platforms.
  • Deeply passionate about customer engagement, customer experience and retention.
  • Well-versed in developing retention campaigns and pitching ideas.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of pulling together all stakeholders in the business.
  • Proficient in analysing data sets from retention reports and sales reports, and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • An eye for great customer experiences, from impactful communication to engaging content. With the ability to apply these insights to Rise & Fall.
