Retention Marketing Strategist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for championing all things loyalty and retention, a key pillar in our growth strategy over the next 12 months.
We're on a mission to create the future of retail, and we need a talented Retention Marketing Manager to help us achieve our goal. As one of the fastest growing brands in the UK, we've seen incredible new customer growth over the last 2 years.
Our repeat rates and customer satisfaction are good, but we know we can make them even better. That's where you come in - as a key member of our growth team, you will ideate, manage and oversee email flows, customer experiences and loyalty campaigns from start to finish.
This role is perfect for those rare individuals who can truly mix art and science. You'll delve into insights from customer behaviour, customer feedback, website, ad and email data to support your growth hypothesis.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and execute retention campaigns and experiments that keep customers engaged and coming back.
- Analyse retention reports to continually improve and fine-tune strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Lead on gathering customer insights to deepen our understanding of customers and inform future retention strategies.
- Develop innovative strategies to keep customers engaged and loyal to our brand.
- Communicate customer insights to the wider team to assist with everything from new customer acquisition to product development and enhancement.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience crafting retention strategies either agency side or in-house.
- Thorough understanding of retention channels such as email, SMS, and other emerging platforms.
- Deeply passionate about customer engagement, customer experience and retention.
- Well-versed in developing retention campaigns and pitching ideas.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of pulling together all stakeholders in the business.
- Proficient in analysing data sets from retention reports and sales reports, and translating findings into actionable insights.
- An eye for great customer experiences, from impactful communication to engaging content.
