About this Opportunity: We are looking for a Talent and Culture Advisor to join our People Team. As a key member of the team, you will lead on our day-to-day people processes, provide guidance to managers on people policies and procedures, and ensure alignment with our culture and values. You will also oversee day-to-day people services, assist the People Coordinator with admin and payroll tasks, and manage employee relations cases. Additionally, you will ensure best practice in people management, maintain compliance with employment law, and develop, implement, and refine people policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in advising managers on people processes and policies, dealing with employee relations cases, and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. They will also possess knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices, as well as understanding of GDPR regulations and requirements. A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible working, family leave, and professional development opportunities are offered.
