We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team at McCann Manchester. Armbands optional.

**The Part You’ll Play**
**as Talent Acquisition Advisor

Creating an environment that is truly diverse and inclusive is equally important to us and as Talent Acquisition Advisor you will play a crucial role in this, acting as a brand ambassador for the agency. Specifically this will involve:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for opportunities across several agency disciplines including Account Management, Social Media, and Digital.- Work with senior management and hiring managers to shape high quality, inclusive recruitment briefs and provide coaching around interviewing and how to hire the best talent.- Use a variety of innovative sourcing tactics to create an exceptional and diverse pipeline of talent and build effective relationships with our preferred external recruitment partners-
- Take an active and vocal role in our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, ensuring our recruitment process is fair, inclusive, and flexible to the needs of the applicant.- Recruit for our Trainee and Apprenticeship programmes including attending university open days / employer events, screening applicants and leading assessment centres.- Support with a number of ongoing recruitment projects including the roll out of a new global ATS, early careers outreach programmes and the implementation of new inclusive hiring processes.

**You’ll Bring
Minimum Requirements:
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor who can demonstrate:
End to End recruitment experience (either recruitment agency or in-house).- Experience managing a high volume of roles across a number of disciplines at any one time within a fast-paced environment.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.- Advanced stakeholder management skills.
