About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Estimator to join our team at GRAHAM, a trusted Tier One contractor with a legacy spanning over two centuries. As a key member of our Civil Engineering Division, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing infrastructure and serving communities across Northern Ireland.

As a Civils Estimator for NI Water projects, you will be responsible for preparing estimates, requiring technical competence in civil engineering methods. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring tender documents are thoroughly reviewed for completeness, coordinating with the Project Manager and Designer on pricing issues, evaluating project risks and opportunities, and presenting tenders for adjudication.

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of the civil engineering market, experience in presenting tenders for adjudication and assessing project risks, and a background in the Water industry sector. A construction-related third-level qualification and experience with Estimating software are also essential.
