Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including estimating, cost planning, and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports, including project schedules, cost reports, and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
