We are looking for a skilled Residential Childcare Specialist to join our team at Haven Care Group Ltd. This is a full-time position, requiring you to work shifts on a rotational basis between 7:30 am and 11 pm, with a requirement to complete between 6-8 sleep-in shifts every month.

In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to young people, meeting their physical, emotional, behavioural, cultural, and educational needs. You will attend to practical matters, such as cooking and cleaning, and establish positive relationships with the young people in your care.

A key part of this role is working closely with the young people to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their optimum potential. You will help them develop self-control by challenging unacceptable behaviour and rewarding acceptable, pro-social conduct. You will also ensure that each young person's care plan is followed and amended as appropriate to reflect their changing needs.

The salary for this role is approximately £27,121 - £28,500 per year, including £50 per sleep-in shift.
