Job Title: Childcare Support Specialist

About the Role:
As a Childcare Support Specialist in Birmingham, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children. This 12-month apprenticeship will provide you with a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification, delivered by a leading national Apprenticeship training provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with daily care and supervision of children, including feeding, changing, and engaging in play
  • Helping plan and participate in educational and creative activities to support children's development
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met
  • Supporting the emotional and social development of children by encouraging positive behavior and interactions
  • Communicating effectively with parents, colleagues, and supervisors about children's progress and needs

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
