Nighttime Support Specialist for Children with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nighttime Support Specialist to join our team at Keys Group. As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.
About the Role:
- Provide therapeutic care and support to meet the night-time living needs of each individual child
- Develop trusting relationships that create recovery, growth, and lasting change
- Support young people to develop their independent living skills, alongside personal care and daily routines
